Loved Oko Bagels Hamilton! Marwa served us and she was honestly the sweetest — super kind, attentive, and just made everything better. The bagels were fresh and really good, and the whole place has a nice vibe. We’ll definitely be back!
Adna was amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The service was quick, and she made the whole experience feel welcoming. Definitely one of the best employees there — I’ll be coming back because of her great attitude and customer service!
I have been here a few times and honestly their bagels are not bad. Service is mid - I had to say Hi first when walking in. Unfortunately what will be my last experience was not so great. I ordered the Caprese Sandwich (anything Caprese I am a fan of) and the menu said tomatoes, turkey, mozzarella and basil - the classic Caprese that I always look forward to. I brought it back to work and opened it up to find the saddest looking turkey breast, havarti cheese (yup, no mozzarella), 2 tomatoes and dried basil....yes dried basil. I paid $13 for this disappointment. Advertising this as a Caprese Sandwich is grossly incorrect. I always want to support small businesses but please do better.....
the girls who work here are always so cute & friendly!! i love them. plus they kill it every time. genuinely crave oko all the time. highly recommend !
if you have had a real, actual, Bagel from Montreal, and enjoy them, you will be disappointed by these. At best, these are about the same as day-olds. All these fancy flavours, weird stuff on and in them. There are two, true, bagels: white seed and black seed. If you don't even know what a white/black seed bagel is, don't call yourself a Montreal "style" bagel shop.
First time here at Oko Bagels, the place is nice, the coffee is actually quite good. The everything bagel was delicious. The only issue I had is the lid on the coffee cup is not very good and it leaks when you drink. The price is higher than other locations but the bagel was good.
Cute little bagel place shoved in the front of a massive hair salon! Very weird but the bagels make it worth it! Literally went twice in the same 10 minutes! Would go again!
