After going to a few stores to look at car seats and strollers, returned to toys’r’us on Upper Wentworth in Hamilton. Chatted with Evelyn, who was very knowledgeable and assisted with product reviews and safety specks. She was extremely knowledgeable about car seats, infant seats, strollers, breast pumps, bottles etc. Evelyn very much gave us a positive experience shopping and took the time to listen to what my needs were to give me an individualized shopping experience. Couldn’t thank her enough for her assistance and willingness to help. Would highly recommend checking out Toy’R’Us in Hamilton and talking with Evelyn if you have any questions at all.

This is a tough review to write. My wife and I had a lot of issues with our Baby Registry and had to do a lot of explaining to or friends and family when they encountered problems trying to get our baby a gift. Based on that, my review would be 0 stars, however... the staff and especially the manager Brad, were able to provide us with much-needed support throughout the entire process. They are the reason my wife and I still go to this location to shop. They deserve 5 stars and a pizza lunch! If you're reading this review because you're thinking about registering, be patient, let the staff fix any issues you have because they will do their best. It's not their fault the website is down, etc. If anyone at head office reads these reviews please step up your game and improve your systems so the staff can deliver to the level of expectations your brand gives to the public. You're a large company and you should have things running smoother.
The store carries a great deal of variety if your looking for the newest toy, gadget or video game this is the place to go...the layout it organized and spacious. Also i find everything to be good quality..Just there baby section is worth the trip. They sometimes have events where you can make a free lego toy to keep
