Do not use this shop, they drove into a car while repairing it, made them pay for the repairs they came for instead of covering the cost as they should have. They decided to instead hold the vehicle hostage and threaten an old lady they would call the police. We have reported them to the police, insurance and the better buissness bureau. It has been a week since i had visited this shop and usually wait and see if anything happens to my vehicle within that time frame, but as i read good things about this place i decided to give them a try and i have no complaints as for what they did, which was my upper & lower intake gaskets as well as valve cover gaskets that i had no time or space to do so, they did the job i paid for and i have no leaks around the areas i spotted oil seeping through, could have done a little more for the amount of money i spent (oil change & coolant flush etc )but you get what you pay for,.. none to less.. haha Otherwise, great clean place, respectful environment, good communication, trustworthy. Will definitely make this my second choice go to garage, 1999 Buick Regal - Brandon

As a WOMAN I have always felt supported and given the best advice and service at this establishment and have always recommended my fellow girlfriends to come here for anything they need as they are always super helpful and kind!! I will always be supportive of this business and am lucky to have their help!!!
Filled out the form on website to book an appointment on the Sunday of a long weekend. Friday afternoon now and no reply. I guess business is good. I went elsewhere.
Two of our vehicles have been repaired here, both came back with too much Freon in our AC and that wasn’t even what was supposed to be worked on. One vehicle came back leaking coolant and with abs codes on after repairing differential. Will not be back!!
I have been going to Whitwell's for over 20 years and can't express how much I am impressed by owner Jamie Barker and his team. They are not only highly expert in their field, they are also professional and considerate. They conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity. I am on the road a lot for my job, and my car has broken down more than once. Jamie takes me in as quickly as he can; if he can't repair my car the same day, he provides me with a courtesy car. As a result, I have never had the expense of a car rental, and I am very appreciative. The prices are fair for the quality I receive and no one ever upsells me. I trust Jamie and his team implicitly and do not hesitate in recommending Whitwell's very strongly.
Caught a nail in my tire and they took me in first thing in the morning even though they were busy and had it done in under 10 minutes. The owner told me that they give priority to people in need as in my case. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and will go back to Whitwell's for any other work I might need. Thanks guys!
