I showed up on Monday for an oil change and he was too busy so I rebooked for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes and I show up at my appointment time, nobody was there to work on my car. I waited a half hour and called a few times before heading home. There was another customer waiting for their car that was inside too, it seems to be a pattern. I tried calling back on Thursday, still no answer. There’s another shop in the same building named Polfix that I ended up calling to do the oil change. Highly recommend Joe at Polfix. He was wonderful and you can count on them to be professional, unlike ultra tech.
Went there to get some work done, they told me to come back the next day at 2 (a Tuesday), when I got there another gentleman was out front waiting for 2 hours to get his car, that was yesterday and they still aren't picking up their phones today. The work needed on my car can wait, I feel bad for the other guy that is probably now 2 days without his car because of the business' negligence. I understand that maybe things come up, but you have a responsibility to get that man his car!
Excellent service, honesty and quality work. It is extremely difficult these days to find people like Matt and Jeff in the industry who truly care about their customers and have the experience and knowledge to back it all up. They fixed problems with my car that other shops could not identify or refused to repair, as well as fixed the mistakes of previous shops I had been to (in this case, brakes that were NOT installed correctly). I feel much safer on the road having Ultra-Tech take care of my vehicle, 5 stars.
I have never had a better mechanic experience in my 25 years of driving. I had significant engine and transmission issues with my 2005 Honda Civic. My car is my baby and I was not willing to part with the vehicle. Especially considering today’s prices on used cars. They offered me an extraordinary deal to replace my engine and transmission. I told then that I was hard up on money. They managed to replace both engine and transmission for about $2000. There were also some front end issues including my ball joints and sway bars etc. They were able to repair the remaining issues for under be $400 which is unheard of. My car has never driven so smoothly even when I first bought it. I would recommend these two fair, honest and incredible mechanics to anyone looking for the right mechanic. I will never go to another mechanic again. They are my “new guys”. I didn’t ever think that this caliber of mechanics existed, however they do. In my Opinion these guys stress unrivalled
