The booking process on line was on point. Much better than Mercedes Burlington. The staff were friendly. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable price. It was my first time but I will be back .. and I drove in from Oakville. The only negative is their parking lot is a little small or too full (take your pick). Over all I would recommend them.

5 star service. I took my Audi there last year when my brake sensor went off. After looking at my breaks, they told me I had about a year left on the life of them. It turned out to be a dirty sensor. Always the best of the best great service they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction I would recommend this place to anybody especially if you have a German vehicle, but really it doesn't matter what vehicle you have.
