Great customer service and one of the best mechanics of all time I have ever seen they fix my car when ever my car need a mechanical service, and it’s all the best of all time.
I brought my van here to change tires for two winter seasons in a row. Sadly each time I had a bad experience. Don’t get me wrong the guy is very nice but the service is low quality. Look each time after tire change, my steering wheel start shaking unsafely when braking in highway speed. I took it to another shop and they fixed the problem. When I did the tire change here again the next year, the same problem from last time appeared again. Shaking steering wheels seems to be due to not balancing the tires. That should be standard part of changing tires and everywhere they do it included. They did not even follow the direction on the rims, like it says Rear passenger or Front Driver side in abbreviation but they just randomly installed the tires. Also when these guys say it will be done in an hour, it means several hours or probably the next day.
Scam artist. You want to learn scamming? look no further because in this shop we have top class scammer and NO Mechanic. They have no license and they are running a shop. Absolutely garbage. They couldn't figure why my car was making noise, gave me wrong information and I ended up spending 600$ changing my bearings which never need to be changed. Fast forward, I drove my car and still had the sound. I went to him and he started giving me attitude and he doesn't know anything. Finally, went to another mechanic and found out that my car only needed a tiny welding on the exhaust for the noise to be fixed which was only 60$. Moreover, he put the wrong alternator in my car and I had to go to him 3 times spending over 400$ still my car's alternator not working properly. Then he put my wipers wrong and upon confrontation he claimed he put them right and I was wrong. I showed him pictures of the correct position of the wipers and he just kept giving me attitude. How can u run a shop and don't know the basics? This is crazy. I never got any apology and instead the owner was rude and aggressive. No wonder why their business is going downhill rapidly.
follow up on the $3200 that I paid Tamym.. I was told that the turbo seal couldn't be replaced and that the whole turbo had to be replaced at a total cost of $3200....Not only did that repair not fix the problem I found out this week from Mercedes that the Turbo seal could have been replaced for $80 for the seal plus labor = a few hundred. Afdil, let me know if you want to make this right and return my money to me ...(that's the end of my edit and the following is my earlier review) I hate writing negative reviews. I like to believe the best in people, but....I have greasy fingerprints on my back seat and my rear latch. They had my suv for over 1 week. They were supposed to be working on my engine. I'm not sure why they needed to put my rear seat down or open the back. I paid $3200 for a repair that didn't fix the problem. Had to go to another mechanic who figured out the problem and fixed it. Now I have an issue related to the $3200 I paid to Tamym, but Tamym doesnt respond to me.
Do not go here if you do not know anybody who works inside. Worst experience ever. Sat for 3hrs+. They took the car in after 2hours and worked for 1hr+ for a tire change. They let people they know cut lines.
Talk about Customer Service, I had an issue with a slow leak in my tire, as I was delivering a Jeep to a customer of mine in Hamilton, and notice I had an low tire light on. I walk in and asked how much would it be to check the tire pressure, he came out and helped me out and mentioned that one stem was broken that caused my tire low pressure light to come on.. He went and beyond and help correct the issue on the spot and I couldn't ask for any better service professionalism, if I was able to give this place a 10 star rating I would ask to give more.. Thank you once again and helping me out where no one else could .
