Just got some work done on my mercedes by Abdul and the crew. He fit me in his schedule and always does great work. Car drives much smoother now! Highly recommend these folks for any of your car needs!
As a woman who knows very little about cars, it’s hard to find a shop you can really trust. In the past, I’ve been overcharged, talked into services I didn’t need, and left feeling unsure about what was even done to my vehicle. When I started coming to Supreme, I immediately felt taken care of like a family member. They know me by name, always greet me with a smile, and somehow manage to get me in the very next day—whether I call or email about an issue. I’ve come in for oil changes, tire swaps, window chip repairs, A/C problems, and even once when a metal panel underneath my car came loose and started dragging on the ground. They quickly removed it for me, no fuss, no upselling. Just straightforward, honest service every time. They’ve always charged me fairly and clearly explained what was going on. As someone who used to feel anxious about going to a mechanic, I can’t say enough how comforting it is to have a place like this just around the corner. I genuinely trust Supreme, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Asked this guy to use castrol oil but he used crescent oil and giving excuses that this oil is not damaging your car but when i checked with dealer they said and showed that crescent oil is the cheapest and not good for newly cars, it can be used only for old cars. Will not continue coming to this guy anymore
I’m new in Hamilton and just used Supreme Auto for the first time. They were prompt, courteous and easy to deal with. They just did a spring tuneup and changed my tires. I also had problems with my fan. They got it to work temporarily but it stopped working again as I picked the car up after its spring maintenance. I appreciated the fact that they tried to fix it first rather jumping to repair the fan and charge me more money. I will return to Supreme Auto to fix the fan as I was happy with my first experience there. I had to return to get my fan fixed. I was a little over zealous cranking the heater dial and I snapped the wire from the cabin to the engine. The guys reattached/fixed the wire with no charge. I’m going to return in the fall to get my brakes done. I’m the original owner of a 2009 car and I want to drive it for a few more years. I think Supreme Auto will give me the necessary good maintenance to ensure that this happens! Oct/25 Update I first went to Supreme Auto this last spring. I also went just this last Mon and got my: fall tuneup, winter tires rotated and put on plus had my back brake light, horn, front brakes & sway bar fixed. Ahmed & Abdul are really pleasant professionals who did great repairs for a reasonable/fair price. Plus the fan they replaced last spring meant my AC worked better this last summer than it has worked in years. That also means that my heater seems to be functioning better as well. I’ll definitely return to this garage for my future routine maintenance & repairs!
Service was as promised for time and quality. They were one of very few places that verbally suggested to bring back the car within 80kms for tire retorque. Other places either didn't tell me or had to read the fine print. This is a safety issue that is very important to me. Pricing was fair and not over priced. Thanks, will see me again.
