It was pretty late when I discovered a nail in my tire. I'd already gone to 2 shops (which refused to help me because they were closing soon) before I discovered Super Auto. They were also closing, but they remain opened for 30mins to help me out. Greatly Appreciated!
We are disputing work that has been done by this shop and what they are saying is wrong now. They closed at 7:30 this evening and at 7:18 when I called he said they were closed. I confirmed they didn’t close until 7:30. At 7:26 he hung up on me and then refused to answer my calls. I have attached my call log. I left a message for him to call me by 10 am tomorrow to finish our conversation. I will update tomorrow but this was absolutely unprofessional.
I don’t normally write reviews, but needed to write this to warn other potential customer. I have a 2021 Acura RDX that I brought in on Saturday, Amir sold me good tires at a good price. I told him I had aftermarket rims in the back, he put them on and I drove away. After 10 minutes the tpms light came on, I called him and told him the tech forgot to pair the tpms sensor with the car. He told me to come back. I came back at 6pm same day, he tried to program the tpms sensors to the car, but couldn’t. Instead of telling me that he didn’t have the correct equipment to pair the sensors, he told me I needed new sensors that he had. He replaced the sensors, and still couldn’t get them working. At this point it was 7:10pm, I told him I needed to leave and I wasn’t paying him for the sensors because they don’t work. He refused to let me leave, was arguing and raising his voice. Eventually I had to pay $100 just to leave the shop because he refused to let me leave. I came back next morning, he still couldn’t fix the sensors, so I told him to take them off and refund me. Next day I came to another tire shop where they reprogrammed my original sensors and installed them on the car. Amir’s dishonesty, business practice and behaviour is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, stay away from here.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Came here to have tires swap but I ended up having the wrong tire size so they put back my original wheels back, and charged me $60. The issue is the next day my steering wheel would start vibrating, so I came back to the shop but told me they will charge me to have it balanced. His expectations were for me to come back and have the wheels swapped, he risked having me drive the vehicle UNSAFELY and potentially damaging my vehicle. He continued to decline having tires balanced after the poor service from my last visit, and would only offer to have it fixed if I paid again.
Worst encounter with the mechanic He did not change my car's oil and charged me $170 for full synthetic oil. As a result, my car now has an engine oil light.
Went in to have both my rear sway bar links replaced. Was estimated to cost $120-130 in labour over the phone. After the job was complete I was billed $240 in labour for under one hour of service. They specified that it was $120 in labour each side, which was not said over the phone. Dealership labour rates are not even this expensive.
Had a great experience with this auto repair shop! They diagnosed and fixed a power steering issue I was having, and also replaced my rotors. Everything feels smooth now, and the car drives like new.
