I went to Raz Auto Services and had an amazing experience. The guys are such hard workers, and especially Omar, the owner he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. As a woman, it can be hard to find a reliable auto shop you can trust, but he took the time to explain everything, which really shows how much pride he takes in his work. I highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Raz Automotive for close to 15yrs. I was really upset when Amnon retired. I met Omar the new owner and wasn't sure what to expect. Omar over the last few years has been just as kind and honest as Amnon was. Ive moved north now and am no longer in the area. About a month ago, I was visiting a friend and my car finally died. Had no clue what to do. It was a Saturday, so had CAA tow it to Raz. Called Omar to leave a message. He answered, told me he would take care of it. He made a stressful situation, so much better. I would highly recommend Omar and his team. Have been meaning to do this for weeks. Better late than never. Thanks so much Omar.
My family and I have been bringing in our vehicles to Raz's since 2017. (Ram 1500, Ford Explorer, Honda Civic, Chrysler 300s, and use to have a Ford Focus). Recently brought in my Chrysler 300s in as I heard a snap/pop sound a few days prior in my front passenger side wheel well. With some Clanking sounds happening on certain bumps. Also needed a oil change. Was prepared for the worse expecting ball joints or wheel bearing to be shot and ready to fork out ~$800 in repairs and labor. Raz's got my car, and inspected it. Turned out to just be a loose joint causing all the sounds and nothing serious. Went back to pick the car up, oil change done and sound gone. Only spent ~$90 for the oil change. They did not try to upsell me or bs me with the issues. Tightened everything up in the wheel well and I left satisfied and able to pay for my weekly groceries still. Honest, no BS, shop who understands its hard to live these days in this economy. Recommended to anyone I meet.
