Guys, please don’t visit this store. My car is Hyundai Elantra Ultimate 2021 model. My right side passenger mirror was broken so i went there for replacement. The owner lady told me 450 cad for the complete new mirror, 150 cad for painting it as my car is red and 150 cad for labour for fitting it plus taxes so total 800 cad plus. Hearing this I smiled, said thanks and left the shop quickly. Then, I went to amazon.ca online mobile app and bought the new complete mirror in 97 cad with taxes with no delivery charges exactly matching with my car model with all the features (new brand new company packed original mirror with 3 year warranty) and then 35 cad for fitting it from a shop in Hamilton downtown. The new mirror was delivered to my home in hamilton in 3 days by Amazon. Hence, i saved almost 650 cad my heard earned money. So in short, This shop owner charges a lot. Please don’t visit this shop. There are several other cheaper options long term fixes available. Please google your problem and use online AI tools like chatgpt etc for help. There are so many easy ways available. Never ever visit this store. If you visit the store then first they will ask your car vin number. Never share it. Just ask for rough estimate first and if all good with you then only give your vin number and proceed. Thanks!!!
I have recommend this shop to many people over for almost 20 years. Friends, family, coworkers and only had good things to say. Had a good relationship with the owner. I live in Orangeville now but made a commitment to bring my vehicle to this location after my truck was rear ended. Took my wife’s vehicle in at the same time to paint some scratches in corner of bumper. I was quoted and met with Saheed the day it was dropped off and showed my concerns. Everything seemed ok. 3 days later both cars were ready. Overall the paint work is good on both cars but my wife’s car was not fully repaired like we discussed. Touch up paint was done on 2 scratches instead of painting which defeats the purpose of the repair and looks unprofessional. 95% of the job was done. A small crack that we spoke about was not repaired like we discussed. Paint work was not discussed on the crack but supporting the crack was. I mentioned my concerns and to my surprise I apparently crossed a line of unsatisfaction. Insurance paid for my truck damages and I paid cash for the rest. It’s very sad to say that I am not satisfied by the reaction and the lack of accountability for something that was discussed to be done. He raised his voice to me in front of my children which was not acceptable. Our interactions have been very good for many years without issues and this caught me by surprise. I have brought over 10 different clients his way because of my word and I was totally disrespected. I paid the bill and just walked away and not recommend their services to anyone. I have heard some negative comments from people before but never believed it because I never dealt with it but this time I did and it was bad.
I purchased a car and the photos were doctored and it didn't show the rust. And bubbling, that was on the hood Ottawa body shop took care of this problem, and the car looks brand new. You would never know. There was ever any rust there. I would 100% recommend them
Poor customer Service. Poor workmanship. Took 3 attempts to fix a few small scratches on a vehicle I purchased. Dealership took it there first time, then myself because it was still quite noticeable. Waste of my time, as when I looked at the repair job, it didn't even look like it was done ! So the dealership I purchased the vehicle from sent it in again for a 3rd time. Still notice a couple of white scratchy specs. I just don't have it in me to argue about the repair any more. My time and energy is worth more. Definitely Not Recommended !

Fantastic experience with this shop. Fixed the car like nothing ever happened for a very reasonable price. Turn around time was short and drop off/pick up was easy. Can't say enough about this place - overall a great experience! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately my car was in an accident. I had obtained 4 quotes for repair on my 2020 vehicle.
