We had an outstanding experience with NAPA Auto Pro on Upper James. Getting booked in was simple and smooth, thanks to Alysa and Sierra at the front desk. They’re friendly, organized, and make the whole process easy. The team in the back is just as solid. We had mistakenly purchased the wrong rims on our own, and the team at NAPA went out of their way to help us sort it out. Jacob even drove to Orangeville to pick up a part we needed. Throughout the day they kept us updated, explained what was going on, and only moved forward with work after checking with us first. Andrew called before installing a tire sensor so we could approve it, which I really appreciated. They also arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, straight to my house. It made the whole appointment fit seamlessly into my day. The shop has the feel of a small, honest, community business. The communication, effort, and professionalism were consistent from start to finish. Highly recommend them. They’ve earned our business for good.

Quoted me around 600$ for one wheel bearing. Had it done for 60$ else where. This place doesn't want low income customers and loves to upcharge you. Scamechanics. 2024/02/28-Edit+Update: I bought the wheel bearing for 60$. The guy came and fixed it, the van is still going strong today so yeahhh...
Very happy with there customer service.I am amazed with there communication with me and also sent me pictures of what they did and pictures of what is needed to be done at a later date . Also fixed my issues with my truck so I could get back to work . I DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND them and I will definitely be bringing my truck back.

Ok, I know you’re reading this because you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust. I’m going to do you a favour and tell you to stop looking. This is the place to go. Upon entering you will be greeted by Alysa’s friendly face, while Andrew is wrenching in the garage. They are completely professional and competent. You will leave your car with them, and then receive text messages throughout the process with information about what is happening, and photos of what they are working on on your car. They are timely and the labour rates are very fair. When you pick up your car, you will notice that it has been cleaned inside and out. I have owned cars for 30 years, and have always hated going to the auto shop. Not any more. I feel I finally have found a shop I can trust. And no, I am not related to the owners or affiliated with them in any way. They are just doing an excellent job, and I cannot recommend them enough.
