Chris and his team are AMAZING. they did an extremely well involved job on my Jeep deep in the engine and it runs so smooth now and I thoght for sure I would of gotten a call that the motor was toast. Whatever the issue is with your vehicle, just know that they have the expertise and good charisma that makes you want to keep going back. Thank you Chris, his mechanic Dave and the rest of the team.

I came to your shop asking for help in jump starting my friend’s car. You connected your jump battery bank and we tried starting the car it didn’t start. You yelled “no current” and went inside your shop . We thought you will comeback to help us, minutes went by and no one came. Then you came back after 25~30 min totally ignored us and went past us and then we understood that you don’t want to help us any more. The rude behavior was the reason for one star. You could have told us in a respectable manner that you are busy and cannot help us or we need an appointment for further analysis or we need to pay. But yelling “no current” and going inside the shop was one of the most rudest things I have experienced from a mechanic in my life. Maybe you are a good mechanic but you have zero people’s skill. There are two ways of conveying a message respectful or rude. Unfortunately you were extremely rude and arrogant. Maybe you were having a bad day. But that’s the time when real professionalism shows. How you behave on a bad day. It’s been two years and I still remember that.
Chris is awesome, I know next to nothing about cars, but he was patient and kindly let me know what was going on. Great sense of humour, and priced me SO fairly. I brought my car in for a safety certificate and found out my brakes were worn down and tyres weren't up to standard. He quickly fixed my brakes and changed my tires (and patched up a hole) for me for such a great price. Car trouble is frustrating, but I was incredibly grateful for such fast and personable service. My family and I come back from this shop with great experiences every time. I'll definitely return any time I need something and recommend it to anyone! Chris also looks a bit like Walter White, which is awesome.
I am another extremely satisfied customer of Moutain Auto Tech! I was very anxious about my potential very costly repair for an old Lexus LX which its AHC (auto hight control) is not functioning. I went through several suspension specialists who stated all leveling sensors need to be replaced which are very expensive. I desperately came to Mountain auto tech to see Chris. Chris precisely diagnosed the problem and found out only one senor needs to be fixed. Additionally, Chris got an OME part from his resource with less than half price compared to the dealer’s quote and made AHC working again! I am so grateful that Chris and his team repaired my LX with a high quality work and very affordable cost!
I was very VERY upset with the service at this auto shop. The one owner was very nice and gave us a great price. But then when we went back for the actual appointment and encountered the other owner he was extremely rude to us and actually threatened my boyfriend and then he went on to completely disrespect my father which is an elderly gentleman. I was and still am completely shocked at the lack of customer service at this shop. I would rather pay $200 MORE and get good service and be treated like a human being.
