I had a fantastic experience with this car service! I showed up close to closing time, and even though they normally close at 4 PM, they still stayed late to make sure my car was taken care of. The team did an excellent job — professional, thorough, and truly customer-focused. I really appreciate their commitment and great service. Highly recommended!
I went to the midas on queenston road in Hamilton for the first time and was very impressed with the great service I received. very professional and treated me excellent I will definitely return for my future automotive services and recomend them to my friends and family .
I got suspension work done last summer, including my control arms, and tie rods, with an alignment. I paid $3000 for this work to be “done” yet I had to go back multiple times to get it realigned, and I’ve expressed concerns with work not being done right as I have a friend who is a mechanic and she took a look at their work and told me the tie rods weren’t even on tight enough or properly for that matter. When i’ve called and brought it in again expressing my concerns i’m shrugged off like nothings wrong. The lady who works at the front desk holds a hostile attitude and didn’t speak with me politely at all- no customer service at all. I took my car in to another shop to get looked at with these concerns and they told me upon expecting that none of these parts were fixed correctly to begin with. I have two small children and want my car safe, midas staff told me they wouldn’t send me off if my car wasn’t safe, hmmm yet another mechanic is telling me it isn’t safe. So, I’ll be going to the better business bureau to report this shop. Don’t waste your time or your money here.
