Had a few lights on the dash, brought it in and paid $1000. Problem was never fixed - brought it in for a second opinion elsewhere and confirmed they threw a part at it because they couldn’t figure it out. Thanks for wasting my money, if you can’t diagnose it…be honest! No one has the money to just burn.

They found the problem and fixed it. Also another problem I was curious about but doesnt stop me from driving the car but will be fixed in the future by them.
Top score and sincere appreciation to Scott for taking a full 30 minutes to talk through my car's issues, scan it, diagnose it and refer me to a transmission specialist who was able to fix my car at a reasonable price. I came to this McPhail from the West Mountain because they were highly recommended and did not disappoint.
Booked an appointment last week for a tire changeover. Went to get them changed over - they didn’t have my booking for whatever reason and was told that they’d over booked anyway. Asked me to leave my car all day so they can swap it the next day. What’s the point of booking an appointment? They certainly McFAILed.
