I just wanted to thank Colin and John and Vince for such incredible service. Often in this day and age exceptional customer service is rare. They went above and beyond in getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manor and at a reasonable price. I trust them completely with all my auto needs. I have been a loyal customer for years and would highly recommend them.
Can't say enough kind words about my experience with Lucarelli Auto. John and his staff are honest and above all can be trusted. My son's engine was making a loud hissing sound, he came out to the parking lot to have a look. He popped the hood and found a set of pliers that a previous mechanic in Oakville left sitting on the engine. Shook my hand and said "problem solved, have a nice day". In that 5-mins John earned a customer for life.
