The owner considers himself as he is PM of country. Very rude behaviour. Also he charged me extra money after repairing, as I argued about pricing. He first said it will be $200 but at the end he said $250, I had no choice to give him extra $50. I would like to avoid going back now. Very disappointed with the service.
Got car safetied here could not drive a day later do not recommend this place you are not safe to drive what he's certifying very dangerous to run business like that people could end up in accident or worse
Loves to make excuses for his poor work ethic. His business should be shut down due to lying on safety paperwork. If you want to die bring your car here.
I had a terrible experience with Lone Auto Service. The person I dealt with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Every time I called, they would hang up on me, and when I finally went to the shop, the person walked out on me after asking about the cost. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I will never go there again.
Worst prices, very expensive and does not know how to do his job properly. came for a simple change to my starter instead of working underneath my car he took out parts of my engine and worked from the top. charged me $500 for something so simple. I even bought the starter myself and he still charged me so much for it. I went to Toronto to get the car fixed only had to pay $50. he does not know what he is doing. VERY GREEDY. This man will ruin your car do not take to him.
A broken wire set off fireworks of signals. It was found and fixed and I was on my way. It was very appreciated that everything was done especially during a long weekend. I'll be using them again!
