The mechanics here are really skilled and very honest. A dealership told me I needed an alignment, but Last Chance checked everything and told me I didn’t, saving me money and earning my trust. I got a great deal on the work they did. However, I eventually stopped going because the man who answers the phone was consistently rude on separate occasions. The quality of the mechanics is great, but the front-desk customer service needs improvement.
The pinnacle of professionalism. It’s tough finding an honest mechanic in today’s market and I can’t say enough about this shop, the mechanic Lee, the fair pricing and quick turn around for a fairly lengthy list of repairs. Highly recommended.
Excellent garage with great service and pricing. They properly diagnosed my vehicles issues without any added nonsense. Work was done quickly and I definitely will be returning to them for any repairs in the future and recommeding them to anyone who needs an honest mechanic.
I just want to give a big thank you to the team at Last Chance Garage. My car broke down and I was able to get it safely off the road and over to their shop late on a Friday evening. Even though they were about to close, they still took the time to get my car on the hoist and check it out right away. They were kind, professional, and really thorough in explaining what was going on. When I wasn’t able to get it towed right away, they had no problem letting me leave it in their parking lot until I could get it over to Infiniti. The issue turned out to be related to previous work done at Infiniti, so it needed to go back there for warranty reasons—otherwise, I definitely would’ve had Last Chance Garage handle the repair. Top-notch service and genuinely good people. Highly recommend.

Had a flat tire while working in Hamilton from out of town. Not only did they accommodate my emergency repair and get me in exceptionally fast they were incredibly friendly and was charged a very reasonable price. Will 100% use their services again in the future.
