Best experience here ! I’m super shocked to see so many bad reviews . I just bought a car from these people and they’ve been amazing from the minute I bought it . It needed a part replaced and I had to bring it back for them to put it on , I wasn’t charged as it was under warranty & they wouldn’t even let me tip them for their work , they went above and beyond for me , cleaned my lights , fixed my camera . I most definitely am satisfied. Thanks so much guys ☺️
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANF MONEY HERE Very bad experience! I got a car, they said it will come with safety check, the engine light was on, at the delivery day they said it will be fine after two days of driving but it wasn’t! After a day I noticed leaking! And in day 2 I had to spend a thousand dollars to fix two leakages and some other issues! They lied to me, and I just can’t understand how some people can live with themselves—making money through lies, manipulation, and deceit. It’s unbelievable how far people will go just to take advantage of others.
We purchased a car from this dealership and had a very bad experience. The car was supposed to be delivered with a safety check, but the contract stated it as as-is. At the time of delivery, the car was not cleaned at all; the area under the seats was extremely dirty, the wheel arches were full of mud, and the interior had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. They also promised to install winter tires, which they never did. After taking the car, we discovered that the radiator and water pump were leaking, and we had to spend a significant amount of money at a BMW dealership to fix it. The insurance they claimed would cover the car for 36 days was completely useless and provided no help. In addition, the cigarette lighter does not work, and the stereo/radio screen is broken and non-functional. I strongly recommend others to be very cautious before buying from this dealership; unfortunately, they are not trustworthy at all.
Very honest with what was needed to be done to the car. Did not pressure into things that were not needed. Friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Ken auto was very great and helpful Mr.Kujtim and Mr.jetmir were absolutely great ! Fixed my issue with my wrangler in no time ! Told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a very reasonable price . Will definitely come back here… highly recommend this shop for any mechanical or body work !
I used to live in Hamilton , now living in Brantford, I go out of my way to go to Kenny's shop, they're the best mecanis I ever had, the father , sons and the employees are the best !! They fixed my 3 cars and I'm very satisfied This is Tony the cristiano Ronaldo lol
