We have gone here for years and until the new receptionist came I would have strongly recommended going here. Now no way. She is awful. Rude not helpful. Cannot get a straight answer Such a shame. The mechanics are great but she has ruined the place
My wife had suspension work done on her suv (Friday)and when we got the vehicle back I noticed the next morning before leaving to Costco we were missing a wheel cap with the nissan logo on it. When my wife called back they took zero accountability for the missing piece and told my wife they dont have it and offered nothing else as a response. I called them myself and was interrogated about the missing part like we've done something wrong. if the part was put back on properly it wouldn't have fallen off in or leaving your shop witch would make that 100% the shops fault. Now after spending $1600.00 im out of pocket another $30.00 I will definitely be telling my friends and family in town to go elsewhere.
My mechanic had retired, so I was referred to Jay’s Auto when I was in search for a new mechanic shop. I went to them last week for the first time and was very pleased with the service and work done on my truck. Very good and friendly customer service, I will definitely be using them in the future for both my vehicles.

Their prices are more than reasonable and they work with me to find affordable solutions for my repair needs. Jay’s Auto Service was kind enough to help me out with a break fluid problem five minutes before closing and throughly explained the issue to me so I felt I understood clearly. Excellent customer service!!
The least helpful mechanic. Left a stranded person out in the cold despite their inferior workmanship causing the problem. Always rude customer service with inappropriate jokes. Compare prices before you choose them as well, they like to inflate. So much for small town charm.
Dave explained his diagnosis thoroughly, gave advice on the issue, communicated often throughout the several days in the shop, and did so with a smile. I'll be going back, for sure.
