Marko is a legend! Took my wagon to him for motor mounts (not an easy job, as anyone familiar with these cars knows), and not only did he get it done by the next morning, but the job was clean and my car drives like new again with OE-quality parts. Plus, it's comforting knowing he warranties the job fully for a year. Will absolutely be back.
I visited Autobahn on my friend’s recommendation, and now I understand why everyone trusts Marco. Another shop told me 15,000 km ago that my 2023 Jetta’s front brake pads needed immediate replacement. Recently, I started feeling that braking wasn’t smooth, so I took it to Autobahn and left it for replacing the brake pads. Marco checked and told me the pads were still like new — no replacement needed! He could’ve easily charged me for unnecessary work, but instead, he didn’t even take a penny, not even for the inspection. It’s rare to find such genuine, trustworthy people. If you live in Hamilton/Stoneycreek area and own a German car, take it to Autobahn — you’ll get expert service and fair pricing without any upselling.

Marco is terrible. His customer service and phone skills is on a level that should be used as an example in schools of WHAT NOT DO DO.. or SAY.. EDIT JULY 31- Response to the owner; I had my vehicle brought in for an INSPECTION, Maintenance; and concerns that needed addressing; this was done mid MAY.. I'm, writing this now, as im fed up and dealing with, and had to fix the stuff they were supposed to do.. As i told them the vehicle is being driven to Calgary, ALBERTA ... Marco asked me to write down what I wanted done, and looked at; and leave it on the dash and have the vehicle dropped off first thing in the morning. The next day, I called in the afternoon and was told they haven't gotten around to it.. and Marco asked me what it was I needed done,or looked at? HUH? I wrote it for you, and left you the paper... couldn't find it. The vehicle was completed the following day; I had to call multiple times to see what was being done, or what they found out; and no quote or price was ever given.. zero transparency, and lack of... The day of pickup, 1 hour prior - Marco gave me a price... and was rude when I asked what the damage was, and apparently he gave me at price yesterday and his computer wasnt on... LOL... HUH? What they did ; OIL CHANGE, (Which they reused the gasket, and I had to do another oil change as the oil is dripping everywhere..) Replaced my front pads and rotors, ( WHICH SQUEEK LIKE CRAZY, Cheap parts used...) Replaced my serpentine belt (AGAIN) after I was complaining it was squeeking... which later broke and snapped in Calgary...(the idle tensioner and pulleys werent in good shape.. How could they not catch that? ) They did my transmission oil change; I requested they see whats going on in the rear; as it was noisy going over bumps...they told me my rear coil springs were BUSTED and needed to be changed, but they can't get them in time... I had the vehicle tuned up and all stuff fixed at a PROPER German auotmotive shop here in Calgary... The vehicle needed rear strut mounts, and I also replaced the shocks while I was at it.. My rear coil springs look like new These guys are jokers.

I was treated professionally at first, and now I feel like a friend or family. I can’t count the times that Marko or Peter have gone overboard to help me, knowing that I depend on my car.
