Jacob came directly to the accident site to help my daughter, coordinated with CAA for the tow, contacted our insurance, and even arranged a rental with Enterprise—all while I was stuck in Toronto and unable to be there. These guys are amazing, I called the owner to get the fender liner fixed. He told me to visit so that he could see whether a replacement was needed or not. He fixed the liner without replacing it and didn't even charge for the fix.
I brought my Mercedes in to fix some deep scratches and a dent on my door. Speechless with the outcome. I had some rock chips around the hood which were also dealt with. Highly recommend!
I can't really speak for the actual repairs because my car was a write off BUT I will say that everyone there was great manners and kindness. I mainly dealt with Paul who was HIGHLY recommended by a friend, when I called he was the MOST assistance! He met me at the shop and called insurance for me, he advised me along the way, was sure to keep insurance in check? when I went back to clean out my car, the others were very helpful and all so polite. I will definitely go back if needed. I'm grateful I crossed paths with Paul that day. Kindness really does STILL exist
