We will never use A&A again. The only good quality was that the repair was completed within a few hours and even that came with a hassle. If the quality of the product was amazing, you'd almost be able to look past the horrid customer service. The workmanship on this piece of exhaust is beyond unacceptable. How do you let something like this leave your shop? When inquiring about timing, my foreman was told by the front-of-house woman that it will take what it takes. When she called to let us know it was done claimed we'd told her it needed to be done right away and made her push other clients' work to the side. After apologizing for the inconvenience we caused and letting her know we'd be there within the hour to pick it up, she hung up in the middle of the sentence! We understand being busy and having a lot to deal with all at once, but not once in our 20+ years experience have we ever been spoken to by a supplier like we were spoken to today. Never in a million years would that level of workmanship or customer service be acceptable in our businesses.
This was my go to place when I lived close to Hamilton or in the city of Stoney Creek. I am currently living in Cambridge for the last 20 years and still make the trip to get any type of exhaust work done on my daily driver Jetta as well as my classic BMW E 39. You get the best quality product as well as the best quality workmanship and price. Highly recommend to anyone seeking quality work and quality product.

Took my car in to get a quote and repair done after Ford told me it would be $1,500 for parts alone. They replaced the resonator for less than $200 and were done in under an hour. The man behind the counter was friendly and professional, I would come back here if I needed more exhaust work done.
Today was my second time taking my vehicle to A&A & I’m so happy that I did!! - It’s far from easy to find good/honest work for vehicles but this is what my experience has been both times I’ve gone here!! - The staff are nice & very knowledgeable & the wait times have been proper. - I literally googled exhaust spots, checked the reviews, & now it’s my go to. - Highly, highly recommend!!!
I just had a terrible experience with this muffler shop & definitely wouldn't ever deal with them again!! The owner & lady who works the front are terribly rude & disrespectful! I actually couldn't believe how the lady spoke to me over the phone, but also to my partner & driver who was there to pick the parts up. My partner who originally spoke to the owner, as well as the lady on different occasions had the same experience. So this seems to be how they conduct business, I'm completely surprised they don't have a lower rating on Google! In fact, we had planned to get the muffler done with A&A, but decided to call around because they were just horrible to deal with. The rough quote between $600-$1200+ was very vague, seemed like it could get expensive, we felt like we were going to get charged more than it should cost. At the end of the day we needed the parts & that's the only reason we dealt with this company at all!! We are having the installation done with a different company. My advice is to go elsewhere for any of the services A&A muffler systems provide.
The lady behind the front counter is the rudest person I’ve ever talked with, best thing for this company is to kick her to the curb she’s not helping your business whatsoever.. I’ll never be back…. UPDATE !!! the rude lady behind the counter called my employer and tried to have me fired over my review lol… she’s a pice of work
