"I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. The owner was rude and unprofessional from the start, making it uncomfortable to even ask questions about the work being done. To make matters worse, I discovered that they use fake invoices, which is both unethical and dishonest. On top of that, they replaced parts that were completely unnecessary, inflating the cost of the service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable or honest service. Do yourself a favor
Have to agree with the other reviewers. This is a great place to bring your car. We've gone here several times and they always go above and beyond. We've been bringing our car (current and past) to Ali (one of the mechanics) for years. He always shows us underneath our car and pictures, so you know that the problem is what it is. Always timely work. Always explains the work that was done and advice in general. If he thinks you should take it to the manufacturer/dealership to have something covered, he'll let you know instead of what other mechanics might do (just convince you the work needs to be done by them and leave you with a huge bill). I've recommended them to family and friends. My mom's car needed repairs and three different shops quoted her in the thousands (they were saying things needed to be fixed when they were fine), but Ali was able to do it for a fraction of the price. After many bad experiences with almost every shop I've been too (especially the big dealerships, that's where I've blatantly been ripped off the most and concerns cared about the least *upper James Nissan dealership = the worst *), it's good to have a trusted place to go. Auto Gibson is in another town but I'd still rather take it there then risk getting ripped off locally.
