We have a great experience whenever we go to the Stoney Creek location! Very attentive staff and a nice clean space to work. A special shout out to the young girl working last night who handled a customer complaint phone call with grace before passing the phone to her manager; further showing how great their customer service is!
I grew up going to pottery painting classes and i thought it would be a great idea to have my daughters try it. The girls were so fascinated by the different designs and they couldnt decide what To choose. When they decided, the staff sat us at a table and explained everything to the girls. From The paint colours, and how many coats they recommend for the girls to do. It was great and they were very informative. The girls loved painting their objects and enjoyed it to the max! Thank you so much for making this experience an enjoyable one for my girls!
Such a fun and relaxing experience! Crock A Doodle is a wonderful place to unwind and get creative. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining the process clearly and offering tips along the way. There’s a great selection of pottery pieces to choose from, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. I love that you can paint at your own pace, and the environment is clean, bright, and welcoming. I recently went with friends, and we had such a great time chatting and painting—definitely a perfect idea for a girls’ night out, birthday, or even a solo self-care afternoon. Highly recommend if you're looking for something unique and creative to do!
Came here for a date night a few weeks ago. Making a reservation was definitely helpful before arriving as it was pretty busy. We had fun, but found the prices were pretty expensive. It was a pain to have to make time to drive there again (about 25 mins away) to pick up the pieces a week later after they were put through the kiln. Overall we would recommend to others if you have a reservation and don’t mind spending a little extra money or time to get your items.
Crock A Doodle is such a fun place to get creative. Auntie Kash gifted this to her nieces, and we all had a great time painting our own pieces. Highly recommend for ages 5, 9, and even 40 yr old ?
Never tried this before, purchased the gnome tree light, followed instructions provided and it came out wonderful for a first time, i actually bought more items to paint for xmas. Thank you
I had a reservation for 3 people today at 12:30pm. When we got to the studio, all tables were full and it looked like everyone just started painting. The employee told us that they had overbooked and everyone at the tables had a reservation. I was very disappointed at the service. We were not contacted in advance. We drove 45 minutes to the studio just to end up driving back home. The employee didn't even offer any alternatives such as rebooking or picking out a piece to take home and paint. I've had many other positive experiences at other locations but this was the first time trying out Stoney Creek. Let's just say they made a little girl very sad today. The photo below was before we went in (blurred for privacy). She was so excited to paint. Next time, please don't over book reservations.
