Our refrigerator died the week before Christmas. Went to peter Martin. Chad was great. Was not rushed and very knowledgeable. We were able to have a new fridge delivered the next day. Delivery team were also very professional and took great care bringing in and removing the old one. Many thanks.
Excellent service. Anyone that’s goes there needs to ask for Ryan. He is amazing. Myself and my daughter went there knowing nothing about washers and dryers and he educated us and was extremely helpful. He really cares about the customers and spends time making sure you are happy and really understanding what you are purchasing to make the best choice for you.
Terrible service. The installer for a dishwasher left without trying to remove the old one. Said it wouldn’t come out. We took it out ourselves, and Peter would not compensate anything on the price of the installation even though we did half the work. He called my 90 year old mother and spoke rudely and condescending to her. Hung up on her and said he wasn’t doing the installation. Never shop there!
Put a new AC in for me today and a new furnace back in January. They're efficient, know their stuff and are friendly and courteous. They were finished in under three hours today. Highly recommend, I'll always use Peter Martin for my HVAC needs.
My father had ordered a couple fridges for me over the last 12 or 13 years from Peter Martin Can't speak for store staff but the delivery guys have been very nice, professional and friendly. My father has said they are friendly. Thank you!!!
White glove service!! I recently purchased a refrigerator/freezer from Peter Martin appliances. Ryan and the installation crew took their time and were ultra careful removing my old and installing my new appliance, as well as removing all the packaging debris. Ryan took the time to explained all the features of my new fridge. I cannot imagine another company providing this kind of attention to detail.
Won’t help support potential customers looking to purchase parts unless you bought your appliance with them…..what a way to encourage potential future customers.
