Tried opening the stove for 15mins to diagnose the problem and then when he couldn't open it, asked for the full diagnosis charge and left. His assessment was the control board is cooked which is what I could see without doing anything as well. I expected him to assess in depth, not walk in and just tell what I already know. Wouldn't recommend!

Surinder is a rock star. I would give him 10 stars if I could. His fee was very reasonable. He came next day to diagnose a problem with my dryer. The dryer was stacked in a tight space and difficult to access. He didn’t complain and didn’t charge me extra. He saved me on a part that if he got genuine, would have cost me as much as the entire service call itself. He came back on a Saturday after he acquired the necessary parts, all in the same labour fee. I own rentals and guess who has become my new go to guy? Thank you Surinder. Well done.
