A hidden place with excellent service, decent serving size, and well cooked tasty food. Tried Qabuli pulao (very tender meat), chicken & beef kebabs, and kaftan. Simple, honest and helpful owners. Highly recommend it especially, if you're traveling and don't have time for dine-in.
I ordered catering for a family gathering in my home (approx 26 people) and I was so happy I went with Halal Rezq. Everyone loved the food, everything tasted so good including the Qabuli Palow- the meat was soo good and tender and they put such a generous amount of meat in the Qabuli. I also ordered a Mantu tray which was eaten so fast. There was also Kofta with lots of Qurma sauce which everyone loved. The chicken did not disappoint and the Bourani Banjan (eggplant) was soo yummy. For my next gathering I will definitely order again. I'm happy to say I found my Afghan food catering spot. Welcoming gesture by the person working here. one of the best halal chicken & meat grocery shops in the area. Always provides clean and fresh goat without smell and cuts the meat as per your request.
Ordered take out - which I think is the only thing they have as the restaurant is inside the halal grocery store and there was no seating offered. Place was clean, service was friendly and polite. The food tasted great and no complaints! Will order again for sure.
Wow! Just wow… I am shocked at how delicious this food is, how big the portions are, and how perfectly priced it is. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best bang for your buck for any restaurant I have ever been to in Canada. Have you seen the prices on their website!!! Go on there and check. The restaurant is located inside the mart btw so it’s takeout only. Keep up the great work, you are an amazing chef :)
I’ve been ordering the chicken tika from here for months and I have never had a bad experience. They are friendly and welcoming, food is always fresh with lots of flavour and prices are amazing. I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone in Hamilton that wants a healthy fresh meal at a great price.
I had ordered a family pack .in order it was written that there are four rotis but they sent only one roti .i would not recommend people to order online as u might not get the correct order and u end up wasting time to complain and get refund Of 4-5$ which we Dont want
